I will have now 2x corsair veanagnce 8gb rgb

And 2x corsair lp 8gb

Can i use all 4 with out a hitch even tho they are different?

You can use all 4 but you may have issues.
tbh you don't need 32 gb ram for just gaming, i say return it.
