Hi i have a headset Gamecom 780 thats working like a brand new on any PC except mine ...(its been working well when i first got my pc but after i moved it somewhere else it started to do this:

When i plug my headset it will work for 5-10 seconds then it cut my sound driver... i need to unplug the headset, re-activate the driver and reboot the pc to get back my sound

ive been trying to fix this problem by reading many forums but ya after a few month of fails i gave up ....

hopefully some1 will have a solution !!

ah and btw ill gladly tips some fg if anyone post something that will fix my issue!

Have you tried several different usbs? Maybe it's not compatible with USB 3?

Yes i've tried all my Usb ports ... it worked perfectly like 6month and after i moved my pc (cant remember if i got an update at the same time) but it never worked after


it Work for like 5-10 seconds, then i hear a loud sound and after my sound driver get disabled .. and also when my sound driver get disabled im getting huge lag even on the desktop
... i also tryed to install different driver but none seem to help

Sounds like the driver is crashing. Have you tried reinstalling the driver? Maybe it's something silly like installing 32 bit versus 64 bit

yes i tried like 10 drivers and it all ended with the same issue ... at some point i though it wasnt working due to Windows 10 but i tried it on a few PC and it worked just fine

..... maybe i have an old driver that cause the problem but i cant seem to find it anywhere and theres no way im formating my pc to brand new (i have tons of important thing on it)
