Currently cutting ~1lb/week (went from 208 to 187 in the past 11 weeks) using the following:
Carb - 40%
Protein - 40
Fat - 20

What does everyone think is recommended for bulk? I did the if it fits in your macros thing and came out with the following:

Carb - 55
Protein - 30
Fat - 15

I feel like that is wayyyy too high for carbs and will be a struggle to hit that fat goal unless I eat fish for every meal and I’ll probably struggle eating fish and egg burritos in the morning :(

Cutting right now, following RP but it’s roughly 70% protein, 20% fat, 10% carbs. I’m averaging 2-3 lbs a week. It’s a really good program, but it’s super aggressive

Super aggressive hahaha. Sounds like you’re eating ground urkey, egg whites, and white fish for every meal xD

What macros did you find the most success bulking with?
