Meanwhile I'm jumping in my truck and jumping on 95 straight shot up to NY in 2 hours easy. I know people that live in DE and commute to different major cities weekly. New York, Philly, DC, Baltimore. I can get to any of them in 1-2 hours driving.

I love it here. Relatively close to a lot of major cities, plenty of jobs (Wilmington DE is a banking capital) and the beaches here are some of the most popular on the coast, people travel from all over to vacation here (especially Rehoboth) and I live an hour from the beaches (fiancée's family has a big house at the beach). In terms of East coast living its a great location.
