Im sure it will. It will also probably be playing POE 2 when it comes out next year.

I plan on getting this on release.

Looks nice, and judging its size based on the controller next to it, it wont be enormous.

Planning to buy, very happy with my one x + gamepass ultimate.

Few more details:

Supports both horizontal and vertical orientation (nice!)
Supports up to 120fps, variable refresh rate, 8k capable
12 teraflops GPU (wat)
Has a NVMe SSD (finally a faster hd)
Single large fan, no louder than a one x (mine is very quiet)
Suspend and resume multiple games at once
Controller has a capture/share button
Looks like a fucking monolith space ship ready to take flight

I honestly am digging the design. It's all about making a power statement AND keeping the system cool with zero fucks given about thrills. The ps5 images I've seen floating around look funny to me, like it's trying to be cool. (Imo of course)

Are you referring to the ps5 Dev Kit thats been floating around for a few weeks now..cuz thats not for sale to the general public and it has no correlation to what it will actually look like when they do unveil it, maybe it will maybe it wont but regardless, sony gives them to developers and says make your games run with this hardware, its not the launch product

As for xbox series x, it sounds too much like the xbox x, The 360 had the best branding, everything else after it, the S, the x, the series x seems redundant, and im not too sure how i feel about the overall appearance, it looks like a giant alexa or a weird blutooth speaker

I fully understand it's a dev kit, but if they are willing to make it look like that, instead of the fairly plain box that the ps4 dev kit looked like, it leads me to believe the consumer console will be that weird v shape.

And the series x name doesn't bug me, but I can see how some will be put off or confused by it.

it looks like a pc tower. too big and ugly for a console. There better be great games for it. otherwise it’s totally a waste of money and space.
