sorry about the dumb question but im new, have some pity.
Basically suppose you have a rogue that attempts to do the master quest and succeeds. Can I use the same rogue to start a new character (like pala or monk etc) so i can use the proficiencies gained.

Yes that's the point, you can use the same char and play any class you want, which you've previously unlocked.

You can only get guild points for passing with your latest class though.

If you "pass" with a lower class it basically counts as a fail and you get 1 guild point either way.
