You may of just solved my problem. I don't recall me or my brother ever putting those brass screws in I will look for them. And yeah I'm not impressed with the motherboard we were barely able to mount the graphics card.

tbh if you are still tinkering with it I would send it back and exchange it for the msi mpg gaming plus at least or maybe the gigabyte auros elite
those boards have better vrms and better vrm cooling

i bet your board will struggle to overclock a 3700X

i personally hate gigabyte because they only put extra fan connectors on their high end boards

Okay I'll let my brother know he bought the board I believe from Amazon so they might be able to return it. I'll look into those motherboards. Thanks for the help.

Highly doubt it, modern cases such as the nzxt 510 shd have standoffs pre-installed. Show us a pic how ur mobo is screwed. Unless u got some returned case with those standoffs removed, but I don't see how u would screw em in otherwise.

I think it's an improper installation issue, make sure ur ram and other shits are properly installed.

Normally when u build computers, u put the mobo on a box, install cpu, ram, gpu, psu and connect to the monitor and make sure it boots before putting everything in the case, saves a lot of time if some shit is doa

Did you hook the case front panel leads correctly to the motherboard? Power button won't work if its not in the right pins lol.

Honestly the install force is kind of bonkers considering the MB doesn't have enough supports to prevent pcb flex.
