Never built a desktop before. Really don't know the first things I need. For the first time in my life I'm stationary enough that I can evolve past using a Laptop (finally bought a house).
Would like some top of the line parts that could last me for a number of years at least.
Any help appreciated. Thank you!

Building a PC is so easy. With minimum computer knowledge and YouTube you will be able to handle it no problem. If you were doing a customs water cooling setup that might get tricky, but going AIO you’ll have no problems

I would honestly recommend staying in the ~3k range even with peripherals, the gains beyond that for gaming is very minimal, keep it in the bank for future upgrades, or other tech stuff to go along with your setup.

And we will gladly help you if you actually wait till 1-2 days before so prices don't chnage.
