This is like the most basic way to enjoy them; however, it is still one of the most tastiest ways.
I suggest making Hasselback Potatoes.
Make little thin slices about 3/4 or 4/5 of the way through your potatoes (can even use baby taters), and drizzle olive oil, butter, salt, and pepper above. Bake in the oven (have to look up time and shit).
