Hi, I was an og in my time. One day I was cursed with tingling in the hand anytime I tossed a ball. Tried a lot of stuff can't seem to be able to toss a ball anymore without issues. I would like to get back into the game while I am young and who knows maybe play with the pros a few years or more. If anything I just want to be able to play again, can't even toss a ball more than a few times smh.

Anyone know what is going on and what exercises I need to do to correct whatever I did? Anyone know?

This post is a violation of the site rules and appropriate action was taken.

PM Adverb. He's a prolific ball-tosser and can surely give you some tips and pointers. He's also been known to toss salads too, whatever you need help with.

It has been a while since I've tried. Will check it out tomorrow. Anything else I should pay attention to or other tests I should do?

From what I remember its my palm and fingers. Like a massive blood rush or something. I would want to grab my hand with my other hand it is that significant of a survival jump. Just speaking out loud from recall.

It could be something minor like poor circulation. carpal tunnel syndrome and pinched nerve are the first 2 things that come to mind though. Try giving your forearm a good massage before hand..

Will do but from what I remember there was no basic fixing. Warming up in any manner wouldn't change much. I remember it changed in the time that I wasn't playing ball. I stopped playing ball and a year or 2 later couldn't toss a ball. Basically I'm a bat master since. 1000 2500 Hz at my ears and someone is staring at the sun a little to long heh. Can't play ball if I can't toss though :/.

Look up the funny bone nerve, it can cause those problems for sure. It could be pinched or damaged.
