Just stop embarass yourself.
By spending a single hard point in a skill you will benefit from all +skill in gear, something that clearly do not apply for example if the only source is in scepter as you suggest.
That said in this way 1 point foh 1 point holy shock 1 point conv will do a lot more dmg in duel than your crazy 20-40 points lol
Same goes for hs.

Proven that even the simplest mechanics are far beyond your comprehension, you have no clue on how an hammer should swirlkill with foh so we skip this part. Switch on scepter lmao you must be a west dueler.

I strongly recommend you to go back in your cave and never ever raise your head I front of your master, but if you prefer let's move this discussion to d2 section ;)
