Why would you buy it then? Why would we support bad game? So we could get d5 same as D3, if we support bad game with our money we are giving Green light for them to continue to make bad games.

The same reason most of us will buy it; I've played D2 for like 20 years, I'm not going to not buy it to make some point to a company who's catering to the 'mass market' rather than D2 fans. I'll be surprised if it lives up to any of our hopes for it, hence the inevitable disappointment. A group of us "hardcore" D2 fans not buying it on principle is unlikely to make any difference for what D5 looks like in 10 years, they'll sell a bazillion copies either way, and will continue, unfortunately, to make games that aren't the real D2 successor we all want. It sucks, but it's likely the reality.

People are stupid and complacent.

They believe crying online will change the bad companies and products but keep throwing cash at the same bad products. Stupid stupid stupid.

You can see it here people are admitting they are intentionally buying bad products.

Its not to me to think is it gonna change something or not, its my duty not to support bad things. But its early to say since im still waiting to see if there gonna be open trading or not.

Will buy collectors edition, I also bought Diablo 3 collectors and it sucked but I don’t care I’ll buy d4 collectors

This thread reminds me, used to play a lot of L4D and there was this Steam group "L4D2 Boycott". Day 1 of L4D2 I looked at the group list and 95% of them were currently playing. I expect the same here for naysayers lol.
