sounds to me theyre leaning towards not over-doing it with restrictions but yeah they arent super specific. I'd say they havent decided yet. Which is worrying I guess in itself...
I can totally get on with a few "trophy items" being non-tradeable, like annihilus/torch was initially in d2, to give the people who push for pvm achievements smtn to brag about, but mostly 99% should be tradeable...

I don't trust this Joe Shely guy at all unfortunately. And it really sounds like they will sneak heavy limitations on trade in there. Because "the masses want you to work for the trophy gear", as if farming currency to afford upgrades from someone who found them isn't hard work/dedication... stop telling me how to play a game pls & ty.
