I recently tried this strategy that could be added into this topic because it can work fine at any time. It's always about a Speed feature.

Once the first hell game has been created, the speed is usually slower. So, keep in mind to do small steps with your mouse cursor until you get the max. speed needed depending which machine you have.

If you throw women then why p6 bo/bc always slower first game in hell to loot double items ?

This strategy works fine if your character carries the MF needed as a Pure Mfer. If you build your character with full resists and skills, your gaming will be such more faster than that.
