There's always been great diversity in playstyles in vtpk, when the vt community really started to take off. Before vtpk we all basically used the same setup with hoz, 08 gloves like glyph hands or ghoul fingers, 08 boots like soul shanks or rune slippers, dual bk/armageddon slippers and 0 fcr. Once vtpk came around some real experimentation took place, the advent of the jstod (and its brethren) and playing with 30 fcr became a staple, the t/v and the v/c, "specializing" in telesmite, playing with and without holy frost, the list goes on but the meta was always fresh.

On a side note I've just come back to the game with nothing but 75 fg, but once I get my feet planted I'm building a v/t to join you guys.
