Thank you sir. Gerke at about 60% block chance beats every other. it means more life and being stuck in block animation is not nice

stuck in block animation - good point, never tried it though, is it really that bad?

if you feel like you need max block, just use it

in pvp its pretty bad, esp vs barb

in pvm it isnt noticeable because gerke sorcs are typically impossible to kill pvm

id just like to have it and would be able to reach it w/o statting dex at all

1. No additional Increased Chance Of Blocking gear on non-shield equipment [0%]
2. Un-upped unique bases
3. Character level 99
4. 25 sorceress base dexterity

then the following dexterity investment is required to reach max block [75%];

Whitstan's Guard round shield : 161 dexterity invested
Moser's Blessed Circle round shield : 251 dexterity invested
Gerke's Sanctuary pavise : 191 dexterity invested
Stormshield monarch : 212 dexterity invested
Visceratuant defender : 238 dexterity invested

Conclusion: 41 dexterity shy of max block for Visceratuant defender. Other total dexterity requirements listed are verified correct.
