It's been awhile but i'm pretty sure you want MP, simply because you'll be min/maxing and not have to put in a single point of str.

But using SS or Spirit - i would need 156 anyway? I wouldnt get that with MP?

Scarab is the best possible option for druid, and it strbugs easily.
If you're pvm, anything really. Even trash like Mage Plate is viable then.

I'd personally use Scarab in PvM as well, just for style
