Idk why it wasn't closed, I reported it for being reposted too soon after his previous topic was closed. Irrespective of the trade rules he's violating, he also is in violation of that rule.

You can't have a thread closed for violating trade rules, and then repost the same thread less than an hour after the previous is closed.
