That was achieved with no weight training. I only even started working out in the last year or so. My workouts take like 10 minutes. Sprint on a super incline treadmill at 8-10 mph for 5 min, cool down. Row 5 min light 5 like a berserker. Maybe some pull ups once a month. So yeah I'm not big but I hardly workout
