You‘ll typically want either an max/ar/life or an life/mana based inventory based on what char you pick so choose one carefully as inventory is probably the hardest part to gather as new. Later on it’s easy to swap between chars tho.

I'd say 30s definitely.

Edit: On EU that is but I guess it's the same on US.
