I have an Alienware 25' 244hz monitor, the other day my monitor had vertical and horizontal lines, I tried switching hdmi cables that didn't help, I updated my driver that didnt help, i left my monitors off for a day and updated my windows, it seems to have disappeared, I didn't drop the monitor or anything i'm super confused at what made this happen to my monitor and wondering if i should go exchange it before this happens again, has anyone else experienced this? Not sure if maybe the monitor is just failing or what, I work a desk job so my monitors are on super often.

have you tried another monitor?
if it persists its not the screen. if it does well then you'll learn not to buy shit like alien ware.

I have two of the same monitors it only did it on the one but its working perfect now, I use the same monitor as ninja so i dont think its shit,
i'm just confused why it did that .

I didn’t think about that. Prob should still exchange it. But would keep your expensive monitors on like that all the time.
