Why is my 144hz acer gaming monitor not gysnc compatible but my 60hz hdready fujitsu is? (according to nvidia system settings -► set up gsync)

It's a freesync monitor... not gsync.

According to that article, there seems to be about 3 conditions that have to be met to get the monitor to show up in Nvidia control panel gsync settings. I'm guessing you haven't met all those conditions.. yet.

I do. I got a rtx 2060, I got the newest driver (43x.), dp and freesync :D

Further down the article it said something like to have to enable some setting in the monitor's on screen menu?

That’s the one that you activate via the physical buttons on the monitor. Go into the menu and make sure that the Adaptive Sync or FreeSync function is enabled.
