I've never tried delirium on merc. I can imagine that it's pretty nice for quick CS runs. But also in others areas? Isn't Terror and confuse kinda annoying since it's cursing over decrep?

If its a hammerdin you dont need decrep anyway, people use sancuary aura just for safety
