I have just started and need to know what can you use better then rune at 40 combat, just doing tasks now and need to improve damage if possible. Have like 300k to spend at this point, ty for advice in advance! P2P by the way :)

At level 40 rune is best option. Check and see if your slayer target is weak to mage or range if melee isn’t hitting good. At lower levels it is best to exploit your slayer targets weakness

In the slayer guide (click on the slayer icon in your skill tab), you'll see this:



some people change their slayer master based off of monsters they kind of want, but the higher comb level req you go to, the more points you get per task. You're doing burthorpe slayer master, which means he gives the lowest level tasks, and you get 0 points per task, up until task 5 or 10. I'd either do canifis or edgeville if I were you.

Yep, you want to do canifis until your 50th task, and for every 5th or 10th task you want to do the highest CB master you can do for maximum points. GL!

I am low on gold to sustain ogres task now...what to do to earn 200-250k pretty fast?

Take 3k to makeover mage go to ge and dance for gp if lucky can be made in a few minutes

Ask guild for a loan or live up to your guilds bame
