I actually liked the fist Doom movie. The rock was charismatic and it's a fun and cheesy action movie with some good production value.

This looks like direct to vhs trash. Just looks awfully cheap. What a waste of opportunity.

Is that your nostalgia speaking? I'd agree just because I was young but I saw it again a couple years ago....and uhh not that great even for a fun cheesy movie like face/off or kung fu dunk

The Rock was a great choice. Especially since it wasnt too long after wwe's glory days

Looks better than the first one? not even close. The first one actually had a budget, this one looks like an asylum production sharknado style B movie you'd find on the syfy channel.

I actually really like the first Doom with the Rock. Mostly because I'm a big fan of Karl Urban (Grimm)

But overall it is not a bad movie to just chillax to. This one doesn't look like anything special.
