For a blizzard sorc this orb is not even remotely close to df
For an orb sorc, it will give u about 30-40dmg more possibly but thats only in theory because its dmg is gonna be imaginary based on how much res ur opponent has. In the display dmg box df still does more dmg. Its all a matter of how much stack the opponent has and even then the difference is as i said ~30-40 orb dmg...
On top of that, noone even plays orb soso in pvp cos its just too weak... even with legit resists.
In conclusion, this orb is total garbage
If it was 3 blizz, its decent, as is, mf char item.
