Last night I was lv47 and just finished hellforge quest and got to lv 52 and made an insight on single player pluggy
When I log today, everything up till the hellforge quest was reverted... help??

Sadly I don't think you can do anything about this. This means that your progress was not saved correctly and that the progress is simply gone.

By the way, the cause may or may not be related to Pluggy, but since we are not allowed to discuss third party programs here, I am afraid that people on d2jsp will not be able to help you further.
