A Pre-Tourney Match-Up will be held before starting the Official League
If you don't want to sign up for the Tourney then sign up for the league and you will be placed under the [Last placed Pre-Tourney Player] (first come first serve ranks according).
Basic Rules:(Disobey any of these rules and you will be Banned from the League.)
• Each Match-Up is first to Five.(Ft5)
• Use of 3rd party programs are banned. I.e. Hacks/Edited Resolution Mod/G-mod/scripts/tmc/etc/anything that affects game play. (Use Common Sense Keep it Gm.)
• Hiding In Den of Evil or Teleporting past Blood Moor aka running to Cold Plains or further will result in automatic loss for that round.
• You town, automatic loss for that round. (If you town by accident you still lose that round.)
• Both players must say Go before starting their duel.
• No Pre-Spears Before saying Go.
• Every Match-Up takes place in the Blood Moor in Nightmare Only.
• Pre-Buffing Before/During/After any round is not allowed.
• Cannot Swap/Change items During/After your duel as begun.(Don't change/swap items if you lose in 1st round or any other round hoping to get an advantage.)
• Respect your opponent. Simple 'Gd' or 'gg' after duel would be appreciated.
• Must Clear Blood Moor of all monsters before dueling.
• No Health/Rejuvenation potions of any sort. No shrines/wells either. Only Mana Pots. Mana pools are allowed.
• Life replenish is capped at 40.
• Oak sage + Teeth will be allowed if both players agree.
• Be kind and courteous to everyone.
• Talk smack before/after your Match-Up is over NOT during.
• Harassing will not be tolerated.
• Mercenaries are not allowed.
• Town Portals are not allowed.
• If both players die the scores will count. (quickly Exiting the game/Towning/Tping to avoid last second death is not allowed.)
Rules on How to Climb up the Ranks:
• Post the User's name whom you wish to challenge and send them a pm. After Challenge is posted you have 3 days to complete your Match-Up.
• (Additional Time to complete a Match-Up can be requested in certain circumstances.)
• Swapping #'s upon losing.
• If you lose to an opponent you must wait 36 hours to Re-Challenge.
• If your challenger Ignores/Dodges your request you automatically advance.
• You can only challenge 2 spots ahead of you while climbing.
• You can only challenge someone who has either completed their duel or isnt being challenged.
• You cannot challenge Pending Duelers.
• Once your Match-Up is finished post a screenshot with official score.(You can invite or pm anyone on list as a ref/vouch of ur Match-Up)
Pride/Ego Rules:
• #1 is allowed to challenge anyone on the list if he/she wishes for Pride ^^. Swapping #'s upon losing. (The person who #1 Challenges can choose to not accept the challenge, But if you lose to #1 your Re-Challenge Time Frame increases by another 36 hrs.)
• If #1 defeats #2 or #3 Ranked player he/she has the power to challenge them again to increase the "Re-Challenge" time frame by another 24 hrs.(The person who #1 Challenges can choose to not accept the challenge.)
• If #1 is challenged by #2 or #3 player he/she must complete that challenge before challenging lower ranks.
• If #1 has started his/her Match-Up with (Low Ranked Opponent) and gets challenged by #2 or #3, then he/she must complete that challenge immediately after. Given if #2/#3 player is available to duel. (If #1 wins otherwise new #1 has right to wait 48 hrs to enjoy his/her victory before dueling.)
Only Skills Allowed:
• Teleport • Spear • Golem(any) • Bone armor • Bone Prison • Oak Sage + Teeth(Optional--if both players agree to it)
This is a Fun Competition, There is no cash, No gain of forum gold, Just a nice Fun Rivalry for all you NvN players! ^^
