I’ve always built mid/full towers
Building a Micro ATX
Budget: $1,500-2,000
More specific use (what games, what programs): League, WoW, new FPS/streaming
Planned time until purchase: Purchasing over the next 2-3 weeks
Do you need an Operating System?: No
Do you have any specific preferred components?: No
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: No
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: Prefer AIO water
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: Yes monitor - prefer a bad ass 27-32” IPS (curved also looks nice)
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs):64015
I am building a new computer for myself that will be used for streaming WoW, League, and newer FPS games like Apex. I realize I don’t need much to accomplish this. My old build cost roughly $2,500 and last me until now from 7 years ago and can still stream WoW and League at 720p no problems. I will more than likely keep my SSD (Samsung EVO 850) and 1TB HDD (WD Blue Caviar) for this build, however the prices of newer SSD are much lower and presumably faster now. I may opt to purchase another one.
Primary focus is on GPU/CPU/Monitor
Purchasing things over the next 2-3 weeks. I live near a Microcenter and I know they have combo deals on CPU/Mobos in store.
Edit: I also prefer intel over AMD, unless you can convince me of why I should run AMD other than price stand point.
