I like the endorphins from long workouts. I go faster at times but never really sprinting, prefer 45 min moderate difficulty over 20 min hard
I do roughly atm (i'm still new and not really focused on efficiency) 1 mine 100meter swim, one min out/off, one min in/on.
I am trying to do 600m in under 12 mins, eventually
