dont go for time really just hold a decent pace, running and biking is much larger chunk of race

How much do you tend to swim?
pace swim isn't as effective as 1 minute hard swims for muscle gain and weight loss.

prob 4-5 days a week on average. I like to get exhausted in the water and fight the sensations of drowning. good battle for your mind

I like the endorphins from long workouts. I go faster at times but never really sprinting, prefer 45 min moderate difficulty over 20 min hard

I do roughly atm (i'm still new and not really focused on efficiency) 1 mine 100meter swim, one min out/off, one min in/on.

I am trying to do 600m in under 12 mins, eventually
