What is required to do the str glitch on boots? I though they just needed to be str glitched on. Someone said they need to be the highest str item your using and str glitched. ? What's right

To glitch them, you have to be getting the required strength from charms. For example, if you had 70 str requ boots you could hard stat up to 69 strength and then use 1 charm that gives you 1 strength to allow you to wear the boots. If you remove the charm, you wouldn't have enough str to wear them; so they're glitched

You can dex glitch on /tspears poons as well to make em invisible when thrown.

thats why boots type matters so much. for example:

Light plated boots - 50 str Sorc(eth Frosts), Necro, Druid, Amazons
Mesh Boots - 65 str [ Rare or Natalya Boots ] Assassins (due to claw requirements), some Amazons (if using multiple 20/6/9/30 jewels and 9 str rings)
Greaves [ tearhaunch unique ]- 70 str Paladins (due to the ban on hardskilling prayer, thus getting vigor from boots, and needing str for using -req battle hammer. typically any boots will do on a paladin though since they just joder)
Battle Boots [ Rare ] - 95 str Shapers (due to the requirements of a 6 socket grim scythe being 88str)
War boots [ Rare ] - 125 str Barb (due to the requirements of weapon and noting that str boost from such items as IK Gloves

you will note that light plated boots cover the most classes - this is one of the main reasons why light plated boots are so popular (that and some players simply dont str bug the boots - because they are pvpers).
