About twice a week in between superset rests

Side planks and raises with dumbbells

Only con with them is as they get bigger it gives you more of a square shape rather than a V

This is more dependent on the size of your pelvis.

Didn’t know this
I accustomed wider obliques/square to heavier weighted oblique training, possibly due to when I had a pt who turned out to be pretty ignorant.

I’ve been having that squareish issue now and am having to counteract it by getting my back and chest a little more wider than I even want to

Lol who trains obliques? You train chest, back, arms, and abs a few weeks before summer hits.
No need to train random muscle groups you found while googling.
