How does thresher/cv/ca compare in terms of damage output?

Technically:
CA grants the best dps for mercs with a ias jewel in andy,
GPA grants the best dps for mercs without a ias jewel in andy,
GT grants the best dps when the merc is slowed.
But really they all perform very similarly, you won't notice an actual difference in performance (outside of placebo effect and confirmation bias)

thresher has the same speed as gt and 99.5% of the dmg of gt
so it's definitely not far below
