Yes, this is Character specific sets - which includes Sins/Zons even if no glowing.

You are of course allowed to use full angelics rings/ammy's etc. You can combine any other items you want outside of what was prohibited. Runewords are allowed as well as we have no restricted anything.

But yes, there are no Mercs.
