um i think it was said in the last episode when kohaku was like so we're related and senku said not by blood only legally

and in a flashback his father stated he was adopted

and im pretty sure it was stated in 2 flashbacks not just 1

I don't quite remember him stating the adoption, but his dad did say they weren't blood as well as Senku said it when question.
