Arc is a horrible skill.

No one uses it since nerf so there are no current builds.

If you want to get anywhere in the game pick a new skill to build around.

Do you recommend anything for a noob to use in hc?
in winter orb still any good?

Essence drain/cont trickster is the safest and best for HC. Check POE ninja and look at too hc builds. Most are tricksters using essence drain


I found an arc build but I wouldn't recommend using it. Check out the ghazzy or zizaran Essence drain trickster builds
