well yea i have the surface go and absolutely love it

screen is pretty small but no wonder when its one of the smallest pc's u can get.. very nice if u are looking for portability

I really like the Lenovo Carbon. Extremely portable.
If I wanted a little more weight, I really like any Lenovo thinkpad (and you can beef them up with a second battery if you didn't care about weight), plus they use real ram not soldered stuff so that's handy when you're upgrading. You have a huge range of specs you can customize, too, but wait for the end of the year for the 'student deals'
