Doing a holy grail on a lightning javazon, looking for some opinions on where to mf

I dont have an Infinity yet, but my merc is pretty juicy. He has Reapers, Andys helm, and Eth treachery

Was thinking Pits, CS, Baal runs, or cows

without infinity, archers will shred you in pits.
a) get the runes for infinity
b) arcane sanctuary has no LIs and lots of ghosts = rune/charm drops
c) i think in some dungeons in a5 aren't LIs neither. But would have to check.
d) cows

Alright, and should I hold out for GT / Thresher? Right now I have an eth 4 socket CV but that is like the worst base if I remember correctly..

what is slow missiles?
the CI archers die in like 2 LF on p8.
skeleton archers (LI) you can easily pass or merc/jab kills fast.

Pits

Decrep+ throw dmg from fury can take down LIs (or jab or skip)

Runes and Grail items can drop
