What's the best way to go about getting those kind of things....
- I'm level 70 (Rogue).... with 12k Item Level
26k Power
8k Critical
8k Armor Pen
85% critical Severity

I've done all campaigns up to the Storm Kings Thunder (in progress) ..

I'm quite unsure what I need to do to GET the proper gear (do I run dungeons/trials.....what?) Lol..

I'm just clueless really, irritating.

Yeah just grinding, make sure you have VIP, wanderers fortune (Mount skill), 3-4 quarter master’s in your utility, 1-2 dragons hoard to fill the rest. Dragons hoard gives you refinement, and quarter masters give you bags that contain refinement but don’t open them until 2x refinement event. Refinement will be your biggest increase in item level. Keep all of your marks for refining and farm specific dungeons to get things to sell on auction house like UES from doing T9 and CoDG. Make sure you have keys from the campaign to open the second chest in the dungeons.

/edit I know I told you to keep all marks but you won’t need a ton of UES until you refine into rank 13/14
