Ur item is % gained, which frankly makes it better than % converted. The wording ur using will make people think the first scenario, which is why lamp pointed it out, if anything it's helpful to you to change the wording, it makes ur item seem better.
PS: The wiki isn't maintained by GGG, anyone can edit it. The two mods have similarities for sure but only the first one is true conversion, there's a reason the second line doesn't have the word converted anywhere in it, because it's not conversion, even if they are similar.
