Does a warlock's pet recharge mana/health immediately upon leaving combat?

For example, if you pull a monster, don't kill it, it de-aggros and then returns to its original spot, it's health goes up to 100% pretty much instantly.

Is this the same for a warlock's pet? Or does it regen just as quickly/slowly as the warlock itself?
