Im playing with my friend and he cant grab anything from me, even the white yellow etc it says that item doesnt belong to you

anyone else have that problem? Even if he drops something I wont see it

This can happen when a payment is processing. They let you play the game but won't let you interact with other players.

Happened to me when i got one of my accounts a few years ago.

Have you tried uninstalling d3 and installing d2?

Are you playing on console?
You can't share loot in seasons on console

This, you shouldn't be having this issue on pc.
