sorry mate you need 90+ in certain skills like wc / hunter / fishing etc. to gather chimes on island so without that we can't get the upgrade.
there's a option that is quite expensive it is to complete do elite dungeon 1 and get chimes from drop there however it will take ages so unsure if you are willing to pay that much for the bone crusher.
