David Wilson aka Buf started the first ever "Bufcore" thread when it was harder than it is now to get drops. Rules were simple... HARDCORE, solo and self found gear used to Master Quest. A lot of people loved it, participated because it was more challenging then... now it is still going even though he has passed in real life and people commemorate him by participating to this day to prove it is even easier.
So... in my opinion and 99% of people that know of the History 101 won't even give you a second thought if you use the marketplace to get ahead, just simply because that is NOT Bufcore... just go do your thing in the normal threads like it is done.
