Error: 374 Description: Failed to activate control ‘VB.UserControl’. This control may be incompatible with your application. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application.

The recent hotfix crashes the program and gives me this error. If I load the same program with the older version it works. I've inquired about this in the past and someone recommended visual basic 6 install. Does anybody have information or knowledge with this program or with the error message I've stated? Not sure if I can talk about the program on jsp openly or if I have chosen the correct forum. Ive tried on two computers with one windows 7 and another computer with windows 10 also does not work. Thanks for reading! (If anyone can show me a work around that works and can prove it to me I will be more than happy to tip them!)

have you tried removing / replacing the OCX files?

I read about having to install some manually. This is where I need the help and expertise from individuals who know which ones and how to do it successfully without blowing up my PC. ^^
