i always pushed for lower rep on europe as well.. imo rep should be 0 on sorc, 10 on asn/ama/pala/tele dudu and 20 on others. oh well.
at least prayer was always banned on europe and apart from some smart asses, paladins follow the rule, so there's that.

so in conclusion, prayer seems to be gm on east so i won't have to look out for vigor & medi on scepters. should save me some fg xD

yea, i guess non-es sorc could have 10 just like dudu (and other tele chars)
perhaps sin/zon/pala could have 15 then, since tele chars should have an incentive to be offensive

but that becomes "complicated" plus i doubt people will want to stash their trophies.. which are the reasons we settled on the current limits on europe (still lame tho xD)

Only ones ive seen are fb sorcs using a 2/20/3/3 orb
