And for the forti case , i'm not sure if i shut ban; as it might alow more ppl to participare . mayby anoying with the cold armor that you have to be killed to get it removed every time it casts .
So yea stil need to overthink allowing forti or not .

Chilling armor casts +% defense boost /+cold dmg considered as precast.
Its like Prohibited Enchant casts +% attack rating boost /+fire dmg considered as precast.

Forti been added in many many zeal tours last years mostly us east west and we had it last zvz tour also it just makes it more fun but yeah that chilling armor procc is annoying

Kaazi (fury druid, concentration barbarian, zealot)

Regular 1908 SA fort is GM on east/west and very common but the chilling armor must be killed off after each duel/not casted before the start of the duel, some find it a nuisance but its not too bad. I'd suggest doing that cuz it is a cheap budget armor and conc/furys pretty much need fort, those classes are alrdy handicap compared to zeal i cant imagine them without fort lol

About forty is bm or not.

I have a deal the only chars can use forty are Fury dudus and java zons, that cuz fury or java zons dont have much def and chilling is just 2 3 4 k def, so the only char cant use fort are zealers and barbs.
