is there an active Scene even?
which is the most common, lvl 9 / 18 / 30 / 49 ?

Non ladder for sure.

30s most popular at the moment but its easy enough to get duels at the other levels if you pm people, at least 1v1s. Tvt is pretty much only 30s or 49s these days.
