True the base is unfortunate, but overall these are really nice boots for console.
I don't know prices on xbox "realm" but you should check for boots with evasion too. You should worry about selling them if you don't get much others offers.

but i would prefer to buy a
base with evasion + same amounf of ES like murder boots ... For same price + 0-10 ex.
Cool thing should be synthesiser getting wasted next league, along with all fracture shit, and getting replaced by regular craft recipes.
