When typing on laptop the cursor will randomly shut off, like i dont have a text box selected. annoying as fuck.
Already tried re-instaling driver and whatnot.

Its a control panel setting

Go to control panel>Mouse>Pointer Options Tab>Hide cursor while typing

It's also literally the first thing that comes up when you google "Cursor disappears while typing"
